The live website will use only client-approved policies and verified regulatory information.
Can I register and pay online?
Yes. The website can collect registration details and send the student to a secure Stripe or Square hosted checkout. Raw card details are not stored on WordPress.
Can I request evening or weekend lessons?
The registration form lets students indicate a preferred time. The school then confirms instructor availability.
Where can students be picked up?
Pickup depends on the approved service area and instructor schedule. The live policy will identify included and extra-charge areas.
How do cancellations and rescheduling work?
The client-approved notice period, no-show fee and rescheduling terms will be visible before payment.
Can the school offer deposits or instalments?
Yes. Stripe or Square payment links can support deposits and later balance payments according to the approved policy.
Can the website send reminders?
Phase 1 can send basic email confirmations. Later phases can add CRM, email campaigns, WhatsApp and SMS reminders.
Can Google and Meta ads start after launch?
Yes. The first-phase website can be configured with analytics, conversion events and advertising pixels so campaigns can begin without rebuilding the site.
